Brittany Kelly joined our team back in 2016 as our catering manager. Since then, she has climbed the ladder, taking on various roles such as front of house manager and general manager. Currently, she holds the esteemed positions of operating partner and director of wholesale product development. Brittany Kelly played a pivotal role in launching our beloved She-Crabby soup as a retail product, showcasing extraordinary perseverance that propels our team's accomplishments. The approval process for this endeavor spanned approximately nine months. Throughout this journey, she diligently pursued her Seafood HACCP certification, a crucial step in bringing this Richmond favorite to the market.
